Exercising

Ok so so after having a miscarriage in September I decided to get really healthy and exercise more often since hubby and I wanted to try and conceive again. I am now 4w6d pregnant and still want to hit the gym at least 2-3 times a week. Due to the miscarriage I'm wanting to take it easy on my body but still get in a pretty nice workout. My question is, Is it safe to run at this stage ( I've  been keeping it down to a nice brisk walk) also can I still do my core workouts such as crunches and sit ups. I really have come to enjoy working out and want to continue in hopes of making labor a little easier and not gain a ton of weight. Thanks in advance for your responses
