Gastritis??

I have on and off gastritis. AF is due 1/12 and the past three days I have had bad gastritis symptoms. 7/8 DPO. Do you think this could be an easily sign!?

I have gastritis on and off too and have never been pregnant, it's usually caused by something I ate, medications or stress.

I was nauseous 3 days before I got my BFP, only in the evenings. Had diarhhea too. 3 days of nausea only after dinner, then after 2 more days of not spotting at all with allllll the premenstrual symptoms besides spotting, I tested and got my BFP 2 days before period was meant to come.
