So this is my 5th pregnancy and I have 2 living children. It's been 3 years since my last miscarriage. I wasn't expecting to be pregnant because I never missed a menstrual cycle. The only reason I took a pregnancy test(or 4) is because my breasts hurt really bad and I wanted to rule it out. After I got all positive results I had blood work done to confirm I am pregnant. I called the obgyn to schedule an appointment and they tried telling me that since I had a cycle they they would say I'm not pregnant however they reviewed my labs and said in fact I am probably farther along than we expect. So now I'm impatiently awaiting a phone call to schedule a ultrasound to see just how far along I am. I'm both excited and nervous. Wish me luck!
