"Immature" vs "Mature" orgasms

So I'm listening to this podcast from Huff Post called Love+Sex (it's so good I highly recommend it) and in their third episode, the clitorus is discussed.
During the conversation, the (very outdated) Freudian idea of "Immature" and "mature" orgasms came up. Immature orgasms are orgasms that come (pun intended) purely from clitoral stimulation, while mature orgasms are purely from vaginal penetration. Freud's idea was that only women who are immature have clitoral orgasms and once they are mature enough, that's when they can/will orgasm through penetration.
The reason why this idea is so extremely outdated is because, as most women know, only about 15% of women can orgasm through penetration alone. A lot of the other 85% (who can only or mostly orgasm through clitoral stimulation) of women are left feeling like something is wrong with them.
I'm posting mostly because I'm curious about how people feel about this. As a woman who (so far) can only orgasm through clitoral stimulation, I pose the question:
What does it feel like to orgasm through penetration? Do you do anything special?
I'm just so curious!!
