I'm scaring my boyfriend :(

I can't deal with him most of the time !!! :( He told me he's getting scared of me && that in pushing him away and That he really wants this family. That's when I realize how shitty of a girlfriend I am !! :'( I'm going crazy for no reason. I was never like this we were best friends.... He misses that more then anything "/ He's the best thing that's happen to me and I don't wanna lose him. Can anyone give me any type of advise please I really need it right now =(
