What is it?

So yesterday I had an episode of bad heartburn. I took a tum and it went away. However, I took a tum today just because I thought it might start up again because I've had pizza. Even I took it, I felt pain in the center of my left breast that almost felt like someone had left a bruise and the after touch hurt. It's so strange. Anybody with any idea?
