Month long period...

I started the contraceptive pill (Cilest) on the 7th of December while I was not on my period. I had been on it for 10 years but then had a 2 month break before deciding to go back on it.

I then started spotting on the 9th December, with a full-blown period starting around a week after that... And it still hasn't stopped! It has been unbelievably heavy these last three days as well, and I've had to change my tampons every 2-3 hours otherwise I will leak 🙈

I've been bleeding for 3 and a half weeks now and just feel exhausted, starting to get a bit worried and to be honest just bored of it now haha. Has anyone else experienced this or something similar?
