Nub test - Can you tell if it's a boy or girl?

We went for our 12 weeks scan and the lady told us we had a visible Nub and to do the Nub test to find out the sex (not guaranteed to be 100% accurate we know). We don't really know what we are looking for so any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you x
