I fainted this morning.

So I got up to go to the bathroom. Started to feel dizzy but was breathing through it. Next thing I know my SO is waking me up off the floor in a pool of urine. I had no idea what happened. It was the weirdest and scariest feeling. Has anyone had this happen before? Should I be worried? I feel ok now.
