Everyone is different and I can only speak from personal experience. For me yes. I experience soreness basically every day. I also have leaky nipples though. It isn't anymore painful than soreness from my period and doesn't last too long and goes away fast. I found that the breast/nipple pain during the first trimester was a lot more noticeable and painful than in the second and third

Every person is different... But for me my soreness went away around week 18 and returned around week 33.
