So grateful to be pregnant but....

It took us 2.5 years and Ivf to be pregnant with our twins. I thank God everyday they're healthy. However, after 4 ER trips in 3 weeks, two from a hemmorage, one for dehydration and one for contractions I'm ready to feel better. I spent 6 weeks where I could not eat or drink anything so got a zofran pump which helped but then gave me severe constipation I feel drained. And I'm only 17 weeks! Thank God they are growing and healthy and this to shall pass....
