SPD ... Ugh

So even though I haven't been officially diagnosed with SPD (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction) I am 100% sure I have it and am waiting till my appointment to talk to my doctor about it. It is making the start of my third trimester so unbearably painful. My pelvis and vaginal are hurt so bad and I feel like the bone is bruised when I walk or sit a certain way. Sometimes when I am in bed at night and try to change positions my pelvis actually makes a popping noise and I can feel it click. The only thing I have seen that can be done are certain pelvic floor exercises and wearing a maternity belt. Does anyone else have this and can give me some advice as to what I can do to ease the pain? Thank you in advance.
