It depends on the baby. Right now we have one latch, one avent, and three mam bottles to try. We're getting different bottles because you never know what the baby will like

I only bought one set of tommee tippee they never leaked so they never had to get replaced. I know my friend had to get new bottles a lot because they leaked playtex

Mam was the only that worked for us 2y ago.  She also only liked that brand pacifier so that might explain it ;)
