I have got them with all of pregnancies and I figured out if you quickly stand and put pressure on your legs to stretch the muscle they will go away quicker!

Just calf cramps and usually in the morning when I wake up. I just pull my foot (by the toes) toward my knee. That alleviates the cramping fairly quickly. Annoying though.

Yes, they are horrible and I end up limping because the pain lingers for days!!

I don't remember when mine started, but I do prenatal yoga & stretch my legs, ankles, & toes every night before bed. Helps a lot. When I do have pain, I walk around & take tylenol.

Take Epsom salt baths and try eating foods with high potassium: oranges, bananas, orange juice, etc.

Started getting them around 14-15 weeks. I just started stretching before bed and that helps
