Okay so I started my period yesterday but before my period and even now I have been getting cramps but not like what I am feeling now I'm getting mild pain which has lastest a while now in the lower part of my stomach.. Should I be worried it's lasted longer and I've took some medicine and didn't kick in.. Is it a sign of some sort should I be worried it's like the first time this has happen during my period
