TMI: Period Poops
I know, I know. Ew, right? Lol but I have always wondered if it was just me.
Is anyone else's BMs unreal when they are on or about to start their period? I swear that's how I know it's coming. I'll get really gassy & bloated & that first painful cramp with come & I'm sprinting to the bathroom. Then a day or two later, my period will start. It's like clockwork lol
