Is this normal? (TMI!)

I wiped and found this. 
I'm not due on my period for another 20-30 days, but today I did take my first primrose oil capsule. 
Is this just a normal clot?

How long is your cycle? Looks like maybe just a last bit of AF. Sometimes she forgets her time is dine for a cycle and you get break thru spotting. That's my guess but anyways it doesn't look unhealthy or sound to abnormal.  I wouldnt stress.
