Do this babies look alike?

Just wondering, me and my fiance hit a rough patch back in feb and broke up we got back together in april. He sleep with this girl like 2wks before we git back together she says he the father, which could be possible but she was also in 3 different relationships in a mouth time.. plus she had the baby 3wks early for itg be his he only slept with her once.. we did a home dna test hopefully it works.. we have prepared to help he but she says they look alike
