STD HELP.

This is extremely embarrassing to write do I'm gonna keep this on anon, sorry ladies..

*TRIGGER WARNING*

Just found out I have an STD (warts) and I'm quite freaked.

Never had a sexual relationship, but have been raped several times, lost my virginity to rape. (Please no questions, just a personal trigger.)

I always shower everyday morning and night, I shave regularly and was in the shower, was checking out my vagina (That may sound weird but I clean it so I kinda have to look 😂) and noticed small I mean TINY white lumps. My first thought was discharge so I wiped and it didn't go away..

I was panicking so I continued checking and found one lump half the size of a pinhead, skin colour, almost similar to a skin tag.

I had a doctors appointment coming up within three days, so I keep checking until that day.

Went to the doctors, got undressed and had an exam. The lady took one look and said it was warts..

I fucking broke down, I was so confused.

I was prescribed a cream and now using that but nothing yet..

Has any ladies gone through this before and have any tips?

I currently have a boyfriend and have already said to him I don't want a sexual relationship but haven't said I have warts, how in the hell do I tell him? Will he leave?

HELP!

EDIT: Since I can't reply without being anon I'll answer it here;

My SO knows about my experiences with rape and he cried, so I'm not sure how he would take it. We live seven hours away from eachother so it's easy for him to just leave.

EDIT: I have told my SO about my STD, he has taken it very well, I'm just now concerned if he thinks of me differently.
