Heartbeat

I'm a little worried. The baby's heartbeat was 186. I'm 8w1d the doctor wasn't concerned she just said its a little high. Just wanted to know if anybody else had this high of a heart rate? I don't want anything negative. I've been through two miscarriages. I'm a nervous wreck. She also said I had a bruise the size of the tip of a fingernail on my uterus. Has anyone else had this? She said it'll go away and the only reason we could see it is bc of technology today is so advanced and that it happens all the time.
