Stick with me. I have 2 questions.

So first I'm looking for the actual name for this piece of clothing. I unfortunately can't find a image anywhere, just like I can't find a 'effing name. It is a accessory that appears to be a train [like the train on the back of a wedding dress] that connects to the body or clothes somehow and trails behind the wearer. It doesn't usually even touch the ground but flows while walking. You can wear it with anything. Shorts. Pants. Dress. . .

Second question, I was talking to my sister about this accessory and she thinks it's weird to wear because it looks like a small lingerie verson of a wedding train to her. What do you think?
