Help !!!!

So ladies I've been dating this guy for 5 years now and everything is great but Sex is only when he wants. He works full time. Hardly see him anymore. We can't about our future together because he gets all "weirded out" by it. He's a great guy but if I want a future with him, why won't he talk to me about it?
