so I'm on my period and I usually sleep naked what do i do?

I hate sleeping clothed; even in underwear it started after I got pregnant now my child is born and I can't sleep with clothes on at all, now my period is back what do? DO I JUST SLEEP WITH A TAMPON IN?? BUT IT MIGHT LEAK, I also have a husband/partner so if I do leak I don't want him to be grossed out???!!!!
