This is really graphic so I apologise, but me and my partner are TTC and after intercourse it seems all the ejaculation just comes out. Does this happen to other ladies out there, and can I still get pregnant. Just seems theres nothing left in there :/

Yes, it's very common. What needs to get up there to get you pregnant happens pretty much instantly once he ejaculates which is also why they say yoy don't need to elevate your hips to "keep In" the sperm because the ones meant to get up there, already are on the way.

The liquid that comes out is the semen, which is the fluid that sperm is in so it can swim. Once he finishes the sperm starts swiming into your uterus which has fluid that it can swim in. Therefore the semen is no longer needed so it just comes out. There is no need to worry sperm knows its mission 😉

It's normal and you can still get pregnant even if you squeezed every drop of semen out that you could after sex

Yes it happen to me , try doggy style I notice that the sperm stays In that way. If you feel better try laying down for 5 or 10 mins with pillows under your hips.
