Thinking about joining the air force..

So I'm 23, engaged, no kids and just working. I really am considering joining the air force. My other half thinks I'm doing it for the wrong reasons. But to be honest I'm just bored with my life! I wanna go back to school but i tried to work and do school at the same time and failed all classes..miserablely. i just work, sleep, work, eat (when I remember), and sleep. I really would love to get out and see the world. And make money while doing it. My fiancé is scared they'll station me somewhere across the world where we can't see each other...but is it terrible I find that to be exciting? Any advice?
