Do you sleep masterbate?

I am a woman and for the past 3 days I woke woke up really hot and sweaty. This morning my husband informed that while I was sleep I was masterbating. I thought he was kidding but he was very serious as I questioned him. I thought he was messing with me. I was so embarrassed bc i have zero control over it And what if it happens around other people. I take naps on my lunch break at work. I'm hoping that it is for sure something that doesn't start occurring everytime I sleep. 😱
