Do you report posts that are in the wrong groups?

I'm in CC for debate and stimulating conversations.
 Not to tell you if the weird goo in your panties is normal, if your pregnancy test came out positive or negative, if your cat is cute, to guess how old you are, or to try to figure out your damn period chart. There are rooms specifically for each of these topics, and CC is NOT one of them. 
Keep it organized and on topic please and thank you.

It's not really a big deal. How hard is it to move along

Sometimes. Do I think it's a big deal? Nah. But there are so many rooms of so many specific topics some questions have a much better chance of being answered in the proper and likely more supportive section.

The only time I'm inclined to feel annoyed is when it's a non urgent question that is deliberately posted in CC with the hope  of faster answers.

If there are 5 posts bout interior design and 3 posts about asking if we prefer hardback to paper back books in CC, yes. Other than that, no not really.

Nope, so what if someone posts in the wrong group. There are waaaaaay more important things for me to worry about than if someone posts about their date/engagement/birth/mc in some group by mistake. It is a non issue for me.
