If sperm leeks out of you after sex, how much sperm  really entered the vagina ? I know kinda tmi but it's important question!

The sperm gets where it needs to go in a matter of seconds. Leaking back out doesn't hinder the chances of getting pregnant.

Um idk. My husband and I tried for 2 months and got our BFP. At no point did I lie on my back for an extended time, hold my legs up to give it more time in  there. My routine is always get out of the bed. Go immediately to the shower and rinse off and get it all out and cleaned up. I maybe misunderstood your question. But when guys ejaculate it goes exactly where it needs to and I don't think trying to keep it up there longer (not losing it) doesn't make a difference

If he ejaculated IN you during sex aka did not pull out then it ALL entered the vagina. It gets to the cervix and past it in a matter of seconds and does not need to stay there.
