When to feed baby?

Baby is 3 weeks old. Do I feed every 2 hours or when he shows the cues?. I'm afraid to over feed and him throwing up.

Feed on demand. Especially if you're breastfeeding.

If you are breastfeeding it is not possible to overfeed, feeding on demand is the best way to ensure your supply meets the demands for do your baby. 
If you are bottle feeding I think it is best to feed on a schedule, but I'm not really sure..
