Leaving baby for first time

How do you mommys cope with leaving your babies for the first time? My daughter is only 2 weeks old but we are moving at the end of the month so my boyfriends mom wants to take her for half the day tomorrow so I can pack. I trust his mom so I'm not worried about that since I know she will be in good hands but she hasn't left my side since she was born and I feel like its too early for her to be away from me that long. So my question is.. Is there anything you Ladies did to make leaving your baby for the first time easier? Thanks in advance!
