booty shots and back shots (like you're looking over your shoulder).... breast and up shots (like your boobs and face)... laying on your side with a pillow or blanket covering the bump (not super nice to where you can see the outline, but kinda thrown/messy so you can't) with your hip and booty still out...
There's tons of different ways or angles that don't include your bump.. Can you tell this is our 3rd baby ;)

I almost attached a picture of what I ended up doing (goodies hidden of course) but I didn't want to offend you or anyone else. But basically I ended up taking a shot with my back to the mirror but turned looking over my shoulder and the top part of my torso kinda turned so you get a good side boob shot lol and its a nice booty pic too. He loved it and my other arm kinda hides what bump you can see so its not as noticeable. Plus you can do like chest up pics too. Just some ideas. I like the blanket suggestions too!!
