Anti body in my blood!

Today my doctor called and told me that there was positive anti body in my blood. Kidd-B? She didn't go in depth because she isn't a specialist so I'm being sent to a high risk perinatal clinic for further testing!  I'm a nervous wreck!! Has anyone experienced this during their pregnancy?! If so can you explain exactly what this is?  I've been on Google but the answers and soo unclear and frightening. I won't be able to see a specialist until Monday..... 😬😬😬
