I'm a healthy 26 year old

I'm a healthy 26 year old. I have been trying to conceive for a year. Before seeing a fertility specialist I went to get an hsg test done and both my tubes were open. We proceeded to get my boyfriends seman analysis done and went for fertility specialist consultation. We were diagnosed with unexplained infertility and the RE recommended doing an IUI. He put me on clomid from cycle days 3-7. Ultrasound on cycle day 12. Ovidril trigger shot 12/25 and then the IUI on 12/26. My first IUI worked, we just went in today to get bloodwork done to see beta and progesterone levels which were both good. We go back Monday to make sure the levels keep rising. I'm still in shock, but there is hope please don't give up
