I was just curious if it's okay to take a tum even though you may not have heart burn. Kind of like a, just in case, situation. I really dread heart burn and it seems like I get it no matter what. 😩

Yes Tums are okay for pregnancy :) I asked my dr the same question cause the heartburn is so bad!!!

My dr told me to take As many tums as I wanted, heartburn or not, because they are full of calcium so they are good for you. Win win situation!

I ate papaya enzyme supplements like candy lol. Works better than tums and all natural
