Braxton hicks?

What do Braxton hicks contractions feel like? I'm 25 weeks and I'm having a lot of pain. It feels like my stomach is really tight. The only way I can describe the pain is really bad period cramps. Baby is moving more than normal too. Suggestions?

It depends. It's different on every woman. Some feel like it's period cramping, I feel just a little uncomfortable, like I'm doing a sit-up, and all the pain goes on my back and hips.

-more than 40seconds
-regular intervals 
-ease off with changin position, a warm bath, pain killers ...
Then yes they are Braxton hicks.

I don't get much pain, but when it feels like my belly gets super tight, like it's being stretched to the limit, that's Braxton hicks. I THINK some pain is relatively normal, but talk to your doctor about that.
