I live with my parents and just recently got a new job, every check I get I help them the best I can and most of my money goes on them. Groceries, house decor, clothes, ect whatever they want I get it for them. Everywhere I go I invite my mom and buy her food starbucks ect, and I love it. Today we went to buy some stuff for a really small gathering at our house, she was paying her stuff this time. She got a big pack of paper plates, to which I told her we didn't need to take because we have enough plates at home, she said she didn't want to wash and I said it was fine that I would wash but I didn't want her wasting HER money on something she didn't need. I kept insisting for her to put it back but she didn't. We get home and she tells me to put Cokes in the fridge, as I was putting them in the fridge I told her that we should of told my brothers friend to bring something because we bought alot of stuff and it wasn't even our idea to do this gathering. I wasn't complaining, it was just a suggestion. She then told me that I'm because really cheap, that I don't want to buy anything and kept SCREAMING stuff about how I don't like to help out financially. Keep in mind, I just got them a $300 freezer for the garage, and paid more than $50 for this gathering, plus alot of other stuff I helped out with in December and November, AND paid their Internet and WiFi. I didn't say anything, and just told her to stop telling me stuff and I walked away. Now I'm in my room crying and extremely hurt and she hasn't even said sorry nor will she. I don't understand what else they want, I help them financially, im with them most of the time since my boyfriend works alot and even when he's not we spend time with them. I'm sad and completely broken I don't know why she would say those stuff to me. I haven't moved out because I'm only turning 20 this year and I'm not financially stable enough to find an apartment, even if I saved money it would take a year or two.
