Should I go to the hospital??

I'm almost 34 weeks and a few days ago I found out I was 2 almost 3 cm dilated. They gave me steroid shots for my baby's lungs and sent me home on strict bedrest. Well I woke up this morning with horrible constant back pain. It won't let up. When I sat on the toilet the pain wrapped around to the front of my stomach. When I got up it went back into my back. Idk if this is contractions.. Should I call my doctor or go to the hospital?

I would call, some people have back labor. But before you call, is it constant? If not how far apart does the pain come? Also even if it's back labor feel your stomach when the pain comes does your stomach contract involuntarily or what?

At the very least, I would call your doctor.  Sounds like contractions to me.

My girls all almost quit moving right before they were born. Sounds like you could be in labor call your doc and go to the hospital.

Yes go to the hospital. It could be Brixton hicks but it could be contractions.  Go and be safe rather than sorry. And monitor your babies movements carefully.
