Food Tracking/Diary

Are you keeping a food diary too?  I started this week and using My Fitness Pal app (which links to this <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">Nurture</a> app).  In a book my OB recommended, it says for the last 2 trimesters to start consuming 2100 calories/day...at this pace I'll need to increase my calories by almost 600 calories! 🍎🍏🍉🍅🍓 
How are you getting extra healthy calories?
