Went to a museum today not realizing I walked up and down a few set of stairs had horrible lower back pain and thigh pain then after 20 or 30 minutes it went away . Wondering if this is normal then also earlier I had held my pee on a ride out of town by time I got to a gas station I was in bad pain as well. Are these normal pregnancy symptoms
