Private pressure 😁

So lately especially tonight I've felt a lot of pressure down there. I know that this is normal but how do you deal with it? I feel like I need to poop but can't ( sorry tmi) and there's so much pressure I'm peeing every few minutes. It kinda hurts standing and sitting. First time mom here, I'm 33&1
