I usually have normal seasonal allergies all the time all year round. I usually take Claritin or allergy daily. I stopped these when I found out I was pregnant. for the past two days, when I go to sleep I have had very very bad mucus. stuffy nose, sore throat, just congested. I am coughing up some yellow mucus. this is normal every once in a while with me when my allergies bother me. however I usually take mucinex or something to that nature. and cough drops. I don't think I can take any of these. does anyone have any reccommdendations that is safe for pregnancy? my doctor office opens tomorrow but today I am suffering bad.
