Prenatal vitamin help
I'm really terrible at swallowing large pills, and the added nausea is making it a real challenge to take my pregnacare tablets. Does anyone have any recommendations of good prenatal vitamins that are smaller or chewable? I looked up some chewable ones and was concerned when it said they contained vitamin A....
I take a combined folic acid and vitamin D which is tiny but need another as I need double dose vitamin D plus all the others!
Any help / advice much appreciated! xxx
