My husband and I have been trying for 9 years.... I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2007, lost over 100 pounds and now am having normal cycles on my own. Recently we found out my husband had a twisted vericocele and needed surgery.... He's almost 3 months postop and will be tested on the 3 month mark, but we've been advised to TTC until then.... Any uplifting words or advice?
