Healthy snack and meal ideas
Hey all,
I'm getting serious about TTC in 2016 and need healthy snack or meal ideas, preferably low-carb. I know I can Pinterest all kinds of stuff, but anyone have any favorites?! Wishing all of us a happy, healthy 2016 with lots of baby dust! 🎉👶🏼
Here's a few of my ideas:
-hard boiled eggs
-raw veggies/fruit
-raw nuts
-almonds with 1-2 pieces of dark chocolate
-salami, cheese, and lavosh crackers
