How to keep him in there!?

My 1st born was born at 37wks
He had a few complications 
Nothing too serious

I'm trying to make it to 40wks this time around "yes I know baby determines when and where and it isn't up to us" but what are some tips of keeping this little one in there?! Lol

With my 1st I wasn't as active as I am with this one. And with my first the father and I actively had sex and this time around I'm single so sex is out the picture. Lol so what other stuff should I NOT do to slow this process down lol "I know people are usually the opposite and want baby out already" lol

Do everything the opposite of including labor example don't play with your nipples. No sex. No primrose or castor oil.

I have been having pre-labor contractions at 36 weeks, my midwife told me to rest as I was doing too much and the contractions have stopped..

My first was born at 33 wks and Im currently 32 wks with twins...praying to keep em in until term for twins which is 36-37 wks.....
What I have done is put myself on limited activity
I believe its working because my contractions have really cut back

I'm only 31wks with no signs thank god! But I want to seriously experience the whole nine yards ya know lol. This will be my last baby. So I want to make sure he stays put until he is 40wks lol
The no sex is in the bag. 
I don't play with my nipples either 
I wasn't planning on any stimulate for labor either. I feel like if I just stay in bed all day he has no reason to get out lol. But I'm such an on the go person I doubt it'll happen lol
