When I had my son in 2014 via emergency c-section I wasn't aware of the postpartum belts that help support you! I'm 20 weeks with my second baby. I was wondering if anyone knows how good the belts/girdles are? If they work and where it is best to get them from. I'm hoping for a vbac ☺ Also what type of birth did you have if you had the belt and did it help/work? Thank you ☺
