Is this safe for baby ?

I keep seeing things that say don't add stuff to the car seat...is this safe ?

That doesn't have anything that goes behind baby. That is basically a blanket that goes around the car seat. Those are safe

Basically it's not safe to add those infant neck rests. Or a bulky coat. Anything that will lessen the effects of the straps that go around the baby. Proper car seat installation is important and difficult especially for a pregnant women. Go to your local police station. They should help you:)
