Did u guys did an enema at home before giving birth?

No way! Is this another concern about pooping in the table? Everyone poops on the table, everyone. The nurses take it away and generally no one is the wiser. Some people swear they don't poop, lol, they do! Nurses just clean it up before you know. It's seriously no big deal. You use the same muscles to push as you do to poop. It's a necessary evil. No one cares. Enemas are both dangerous and unnecessary

Yes, in the hospital. I liked that I didn't have to worry about pooping while pushing. Made me feel relaxed.

I was told Not to do that from my doctor. It's not necessarily dangerous but she said it is not needed and is just an added discomfort to you.
