I AF was due tomorrow.  I had light cramping on and off with no bleeding and thought maybe it was implantation earlier in the month. I had started getting some symptoms of pregnancy that I have never had before. Then yesterday morning I woke up with heavy cramps and bright blood. It continued all day and the bleeding has been heavy. It has been painful to move around and I am having back pain as well. There have also been tiny red pieces of tissue occasionally. Does this sound like a miscarriage? This is month 22 for My DH and I.
