Pain During Sex

I'm 18 years old. I've realized that when I have sex I have servere pain. I'm not sure if it is mentally or physically though. I try to relax but my muscles are always tight. And I cannot orgasm. No matter how long or how gentle that person is. It just won't happen. I get close but my mind seems to block it out. I've never had an enjoyable sexual experience with a guy.
